| Abstract: | Whether teachers are welcomed or not by students directly relates with the their emotional quotient. Teachers must regulate their emotion in teaching from the five aspects, such as understanding self, management self, encouragement self, identification of students＇ emotion and dealing with relationship between teachers and students. |
