摘    要:教师受学生欢迎的程度与其情商直接相关,教师在工作中要特别注意从了解自我、管理自我、激励自我、识别学生情绪、处理师生关系的能力等五个方面调控好自己的情绪。

Abstract:Whether teachers are welcomed or not by students directly relates with the their emotional quotient. Teachers must regulate their emotion in teaching from the five aspects, such as understanding self, management self, encouragement self, identification of students' emotion and dealing with relationship between teachers and students.
