| 摘 要： | 古典名著在当代具有深远的文化价值,并能产生巨大的经济价值,其本应作为一种无形财产权。在我国尚未引入"商品化"权的前提下,现行的知识产权法也不能对古典名著予以行之有效的保护,我们只能在民法体系内寻求对这种权利的法律救济。
