| 摘 要： | 秦岭自然保护区群在我国生物多样性保护方面发挥了重要作用,其经济效益的计量研究一直是学术界研究的热点。本研究试图在界定秦岭自然保护区群的概念及分析其经济效益内涵的基础上,综合运用专家咨询法及文献参考方法,建立了秦岭自然保护区群经济效益计量指标体系,利用市场价值法、等效替代法以及机会成本法等方法,对秦岭自然保护区群保护生物多样性产生的经济效益进行了经济计量及分析。结果表明:秦岭自然保护区群在保护生物多样性方面产生了可观的经济效益,总经济效益约265.88亿元/a,其中内部收益为231.49亿元;外部收益为34.39亿元,外部收益中与周边区域密切相关的直接经济效益为5.91亿元,间接经济效益为28.48亿元。本研究计量指标及计量方法为秦岭自然保护区群基层工作人员及类似保护区群经济效益计量及评价提供参考。 |
