| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出本世纪前20年全面建设惠及十几亿人口的更高水平的小康社会．并明确了实现这一宏伟目标的具体步骤。“三个代表”重要思想既是党的十六大的灵魂．也是确保新世纪我国全面建设小康社会奋斗目标胜利实现的理论基础．“三个代表”重要思想是新世纪新阶段全党全国人民继往开来、与时俱进，实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的根本指针。是中华民族伟大复兴的基石。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China brought forth our grand goal-in the first twenty years of this century in a more high plane building a well-off society in all-round way, which will benefit billions of people. At the same time, this congress pointed out specific steps for accomplishing the grand goal. The important thought of Three Representatives is not only spirit of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China, but also a foundation of building a well-off society in all-round way in our country in new century. Moreover, this thought calls on the whole party and the people of all ethnic grounds around the country to carry forward our cause into the future and keep pace with the times; this thought is also a fundamental guideline of accomplishing our grand goal building a well-off society in all-round way and a foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
