| 摘 要： | 广西北部湾区域的政府在经济区发展过程中具有重要的主导作用,其地方政府间的合作与服务水平直接影响到广西北部湾经济区的发展水平和区域经济竞争能力,而找准区域政府间的合作方向是达成合作发展的关键.以各方合作方向为策略性指导,争取区域各政府所拥有资源的支持,达成政府问的合作与服务,才能实现北部湾区域经济和社会发展的互惠共赢.
