| 摘 要： | 随着计算机和网络的快速普及与进一步发展,网络数字信息资源已发挥了越来越重要的作用,要解决信息需求的无限性与信息资源的有限性和不均衡性之间的矛盾,图书馆界正在探索依靠商业运作进行信息资源共建、共享建设的全新模式。
