| 摘 要： | 查新审核工作贯穿于整个查新过程,查新报告作为查新最终产品,是查新审核集中体现,对查新质量起把关作用。笔者通过大量的实例,揭示查新报告各环节审核点,摸索查新审核规律,以努力做好查新审核工作,发挥与提升科技查新在整个科研及管理中的作用及地位。

| Abstract: | Novelty audit is throughout the process of novelty retrieval.As the final product of novelty retrieval,novelty report is concentrated expression of novelty audit and plays an important role in quality of novelty retrieval.Through a large number of instances,author reveals the audit rule of the link of novelty report in order to do better,and increases the role of novelty retrieval in the whole scientific research and the management. |
