| 摘 要： | 教学与科研相结合是培养优秀人才的重要保证·教学与科研之间是既互相促进,又存在矛盾的相辅相成关系·妥善解决矛盾,使大学科研和教学顺利发展·目前许多高校存在偏教学或偏科研的现象,影响了人才培养的质量,因此有必要从教师队伍的建设、科研队伍建设等方面实行一系列的改革,并建立相应的共享机制、激励与利益机制,以达到教学与科研有机结合,充分发挥高校的教学职能和科学研究职能,培养适应知识经济时代的高素质人才·

| Abstract: | To combine teaching and scientific research is crucial for educating talents.Teaching and scientific research promote and contradict each other.It's necessary to cope with the contradictions so as to make both develop smoothly in universities.Nowadays,there exists such phenomenon as overemphasis either on teaching or on scientific research in many institutions of higher learning,thus influencing the quality of talents' cultivation.Therefore,it's indispensable to carry out a series of reforms in aspects of the training of teachers and scientific research staff as well as to establish relevant sharing,stimulating and interest mechanisms.Subsequently,all the effort,on the one hand,would make a proper combination between teaching and scientific research;on the other hand,it would give full play to universities' functions in teaching and scientific research,nurturing talents with high quality who are able to adapt themselves to this knowledge economic age. |
