| 摘 要： | 社会进步和经济的发展,使人们对居住生活方式发生变化,也将对居住环境建设提出新的要求。面对这种新的需求,本文通过对居住区环境设计现存问题的探讨,提出了居住区环境设计和建设的策略,希望我国在居住区建设中能满足人民日益增长的居住需求。

| Abstract: | the coming mode of the dwelling would change along with the development of Society and the improvement of Finance.Thus,the new demand for the residential construction would be brought forward as well.Aiming at the urgent demand for the improvement of residential qualification,the article gives out the issues about the design for the environment of residential district,and brings forward the strategies for the environment of residential district and the strategies for its constructions.Hope that the construction of the residential district in our country would meet the increasing dwelling requirements by people. |
