| 摘 要： | 南京国民政府成立后，在关税自主、恢复和保留盐务稽核所的同时，通过变更职权和对洋人任用的变更开始了收回我国盐政主权的活动。南京国民政府当时对我国盐政主权的收回活动，现在看来，具有一定的历史意义。
