| 摘 要： | 以信息技术为支撑的现代远程教育已成为现代社会人才培养的重要模式之一，而信息技术在不断发展变化的同时，也给以它为核心的现代远程教育赋予了多元文化的要素。本文在明确了课程文化是教育文化品位重要标志的基础上，分析了现代远程教育课程文化构建的关键环节和重要因素，进而提出只有针对两种不同倾向的学习范式，立足系统和谐的课程价值取向和现代信息环境的动态发展，才能建立以人为本的课程运作方式，在加速三重学习环境统合设计的基础上不断构建现代远程教育课程文化。
