摘    要:房地产业的发展与繁荣,必然要引入全程营销理念,与其他经济活动一样,价值链是判定房地产业竞争优势并发现一些方法以创造和维持竞争优势的一项基本工具.房地产业要想维持长久的竞争优势,必须建立起在价值链基础上的房地产全程营销系统,注重研究全程营销的每一链接对价值增值的重要作用,优化核心业务流程,降低经营成本,提升核心市场竞争力.

Abstract:As real estates industry develops and flourishes,it is necessary to introduce whole process marketing into the industry.The value chain is a key to determining the advantages of corporate competition and to discovering some methods to create and sustain the advantages.If real estate companies want to keep their competitive advantages,they must start with whole process marketing system based on the value chain,stress on the incremental value function of each step of the process,better the core procedure,reduce the cost of operation,and improve the market competitive competence.
