服务人员情绪劳动心理过程的理论解析

摘    要:较之公正人际互动事件,不公正人际互动事件下个体倾向选用"表层演出"策略。员工对工作认同感、移情能力水平的差异是影响个体正向情绪表达分化为"表层演出"与"深层演出"差异的主要因素。工作信念坚定、对行为后果的考虑越多、中国文化认同水平越高的员工更倾向于抑制负性情绪表达。情绪劳动过程中工作自我和实际自我之间的对立关系和分隔关系显著影响员工的身心健康。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the psychological processes of employee's emotional labor from the theoretical perspective around the four core issues.The study suggests that compared to justice interpersonal interaction events,individual under the situation of injustice interpersonal interaction events intend to take "surface acting";the level differentiation in wok commitment and empathy are main factors that affect on the deviation of positive emotional expression into "surface acting" and "deep acting";individuals with more the higher the level of work belief and Chinese cultural identity are likely to suppression negative emotion express;the opposite and separate relation between work self and actual self is a significant effect on physical and mental health.
