摘    要:辅导员是高等院校学生思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,但因管理机制未建立建全,出现了辅导员事务性工作繁重、定位不明、出路困惑等问题,造成辅导员思想不稳定,成为流水兵。为此,应完善机制,明确辅导员职责,科学安排,提高辅导员的业务水平和综合素质,稳定辅导队伍。

Abstract:The instructor,as an important part of thought political work team in the college,have some problems, such as undue work, clearless duty, mixed future and so on, due to imperfect mechanism of instructor management which lead to instructor with unstable thought have shifted from time to time. Therefore,for stabling the instructor team, we must pimprove the system, work out responsibility,arrange scientificly to advance the level of business and overall perfonnence of the instructor.
