| 摘 要： | 随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的全面实施,我国高等教育体制和现代大学制度建设、大学内部管理的问题必将日益凸显,其中大学组织自身的诸多缺陷对大学发展带来的制约会更加突出,大学内部管理改革会不可避免地摆上大学的议事日程。本文讨论了大学内部管理存在的组织缺陷对大学发展的制约,在此的基础上,为其明确回归自律于和自觉于坚守大学属性和使命的组织理性提供一些启示。
