摘    要:大学欲真正去行政化,就必须改革用人制度。本文提出我国大学用人制度的改革,可以采取民选基础上的职业校长制、聘用制度下的教育职员制和双轨型的教师聘任制三种制度有机结合的方式。

Abstract:If a university really wants to eliminate its administration, university's reform of personnel system must be implemented. The university's reform of personnel system can adopt the system framework constructed upon the combination of the professional president system based on democratic election, the educational staff system based on employment and the dual-track styled faculty employment system.
