| 摘 要： | 中国的伦理思想自诞生之日起,就与政治天然地结合在一起。客观地讲,它对于道德和文化特别是儒家文化思想的传播起到了重要作用。但是,随着改革的不断深入,特别是政治体制改革的进一步完善,人们对建立法理社会的呼声越来越高。中国传统伦理政治观必定要与以法律为核心的新的社会观念产生冲突,甚至是激烈的对抗,这是历史发展的必然。

| Abstract: | Since the birth of Chinese ethics ideology,it was connected with politics.Objectively,it takes important effect on the communication of the ethics and culture,especially Confucian culture and thought.However,with the deepening of reform and opening up,particularly the improvement of the political system reform,the need for building up legal society becomes stronger.It's the necessity of history advance that Chinese traditional ethics and politics conception must have the impact on the new social ideology with the law at the core. |
