| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展,建立健全既合乎理性叉合乎人性的规章制度,已经成为图书馆现代化建设不可忽视的重要内容。本文从“以人为本”的理念出发,分析了现行规章制度存在的内在缺陷,提出了强化图书馆规章制度人性化的原则和措施。
