| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下，信息资源共享与商业秘密保护都对企业的生存发展具有重要意义。然而在现实运行中，两者的矛盾冲突难以避免。企业在决策时运用效用权衡原则来平衡两者的关系是较为理性的做法。但当信息资源共享与商业秘密保护的矛盾冲突危及到公共利益时，应遵循公共利益至上原则。

| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition, information resources sharing and trade secret protection both are very important for enterprises' survival and development. In fact, the conflict between information resources sharing and trade secret protection can't be avoided. Generally the principle of Utility - Estimation may apply to all enterprises for balancing the advantages. But when the conflict endangers public interest, public interest is in superlatives. |
