| Abstract: | Ideological and political workers should be of the ability to collect,analyze and solve the ideological problems of people with correct method and can transform and improve people's thoughts.They should be of fine qualities such as political quality culture,emotion quality culture and professional culture in order to raise the ideological and political work to a new level and provides powerful ideological and political guarantee and spiritual motive force for reform and development. |
