| 摘 要： | 统计工作是国家对国民经济和社会发展进行宏观调控、科学管理和实施监督的重要手段。如何使统计工作适应经济、社会发展的需求,为科学决策提供全面真实、及时可靠的信息数据资料,更好地为国民经济发展和社会主义市场经济服务,是当前统计工作面临的一个重大课题。
