| 摘 要： | 高校后勤文化既同高校文化有着千丝万缕的联系,又具有社会企业文化的特征,基本要素是物质文化、行为文化和精神文化。高校后勤文化建设的作用在于促进后勤实体的健康发展,培养和造就新型的后勤队伍,提高后勤实体的市场竞争能力。高校后勤文化建设的途径在于各级领导充分重视,深入开展宣传教育活动与实际工作相结合。

| Abstract: | The university's logistic culture is related to the university culture in many ways,and it is also has the features of social enterprises' culture: material culture,behaviour culture and spirit culture.The functions of the construction of the university's logistic culture are to improve its development,train the modern logistic staff and enhance its market competency.The ways of the construction are depending on the leaders' sufficient attention,propaganda and education,and the combination with the practical work. |
