| 摘 要： | 从我国目前高校教学实验室行政管理、人员管理、设备管理等方面入手,分析现行高校教学实验室管理体制存在的问题及产生的原因.在借鉴国内外实验室先进管理经验的基础上,提出高校教学实验室管理体制改革方案.

| Abstract: | From our country at present the universities teaching laboratory administration,human resource,and so on equipment management obtains.We tried to analyse the cause of the questions which in the management system and try to find for the reason of the problem.In profits from the domestic and foreign laboratories advanced managerial experience in the foundation,proposes the universities teaching laboratory management organizational reform plan. |
