| 摘 要： | 小教大专班是一个新兴的特殊的学生群体,其德育工作更是一个复杂的系统工程,要搞好,必须先制定适合其实际情况的规章制度,并通过班主任的正确引导,充分利用校内外的教育资源进行全方位的教化,才能提高学生的综合素质.

| Abstract: | Teachers college students of primary education major are a new group ofparticularity and the moral education is a complicated system.In order to improve the overall quality of the students,we need to make suitable regulations and take advantage of educational resources gained inside and outside the college to cultivate the students under the guidance of the head teachers. |
