| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国城市社区体育的内涵及特点；从现代社会生活方式变化的角度，分析了都市化生活方式的变化给城市居民身心健康带来的不利影响及城市社区体育应发挥的地位和作用，认为构建新形势下的组织管理模式是推动城市社区体育发展的前提，培养合适的体育人才是促进城市社区体育发展的关键，积极筹措运作经费和建设场地、设施是加速城市社区体育发展的保证。

| Abstract: | This paper explained the connotation and characteristic of city commumty sport, analyzed the demmental influence of both city resident＇ s body and mental health which caused by the change of the community. It suggests that a pattern of organization and management upon a new situation is considered to be a pre - request of promoting the development, training an appropriate person for community sport development, and raising money for the operations and installation on sport facility. |
