| 摘 要： | 旅游人才供需现状令学界和业界堪忧,主要原因在于旅游人才培养存在一些问题。分析了旅游人才培养中存在的几个问题;对学者提出的解决措施,如实习、提高师资水平、"订单式"模式和"工学交替"模式等,进行了冷静的思考,认为这些措施本身还有问题需要深思。

| Abstract: | The present situation of tourism talented person supply and demand makes the academia and enterprises misgivings, the main reason is there are some problems existing in the tourism talented person cultivating. This paper has analyzed several question which in the tourism talented person cultivating exists; It also has pondered calmly on solution measures proposed by the scholar, such as practice, raising the teachers level, the "order form" pattern and the "work and study takes turn" pattern and so on, thinking these measure itself also have the questions need to think deeply. |
