超临界CO2流体萃取法提取紫杉醇及其伴生物的研究

摘    要:利用超临界CO2流体萃取法从欧洲短叶红豆杉枝叶中提取分离紫杉醇及其伴生物,用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定萃取物中的紫杉醇及其伴生物含量,并用液质联用(LC/MS/MS)进行产物鉴定。与传统的乙醇三次提取方法相比,超临界流体萃取法流程简单,步骤少,耗时短,废渣无溶剂残留,是一种环境友好的提取方法。

Abstract:Taxol was successfully extracted and separated by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. Reversed phase HPLC was used to detect the amount of taxol and its analogues in the extracts and LC/MS/MS to identify the products. Comparing to ordinary solvents extraction method, the supercritical fluid extraction is more efficient and environmental friendly because of its simple extracting process, less steps, short time and without solvents left in the residual waste.
