| 摘 要： | 运用量化的评价指标体系和线性加权熵值模型评价法,从经济社会发展水平、资源减量投入、资源回收和再利用、污染减量排放、生态环境质量五大方面对我国中部循环经济发展水平做了比较分析和综合评价,归纳出中部循环经济发展的优势与劣势,提出了中部实施循环经济发展模式的战略意义,需加快建立促进循环经济发展的五大支撑体系。

| Abstract: | Using quantitative evaluation index system and linear entropy evaluation method, the authors compared and integrated the development level of recycling economy in central China form five aspects of economic and social developmentl evel, resources input reducing, resources recovery and recycle, decreasing pollu tion emission, entironment quality. This paper indicates the advantages and disa dvantages for developing recycling economy in Central China, and puts forward st rategic meaning of actualizing recycling economy mode in Central China. On the other hand, the paper implies that five support systems to accelerate the develop ment of recycling economy in Central China should be built. |
