| 摘 要： | 少年郎官作为汉代官僚系统中特殊的组成部分,一直存在于汉代的政治生活中。他们在汉代大倡儒学和重视对官员进行优抚的背景下,或以察举、考试入仕,或因父子、外戚为郎,出入禁中,参机要政,入可升迁高级官吏,出可调任地方守令,而且很多人日后成为左右汉代历史命运的权臣。少年郎官以其特殊的禀赋资质,影响着汉代历史的发展,成为汉代政治生活的一道独特的风景线。

| Abstract: | As a special component of the bureaucratic system,the youth official existed all along in the political life of the Han Dynasty.Against the background of advocating Confucianism and stressing the favorable treatment to the officials,they might come to confidential administration and take important positions through inspected recommendation,examination for selecting officials,father-son relation,or just being relatives.They could also be promoted to higher ranks and transferred to local prefectures.Moreover,many people later became powerful ministers that could affect the historical fate of the Han Dynasty.The youth official with its own endowments becomes a peculiar landscape by affecting the historical development of the Han Dynasty. |
