| 摘 要： | 珠三角绿道政策是广东省落实科学发展观、建设宜居城乡的一项重要政策，但在执行过程中出现了各种问题．如长距离借道、未划定绿廊控制区、部分绿道功能不全、缺乏管理等，政策实施并未达到预期效果。主要是因为政策执行主体未充分认识绿道的内涵，缺乏相关法律、制度以及宣传不足等原因，为此提出要加快绿廊控制区的划定工作，完善配套服务设施，加大宣传力度，建立合理的管理体系和监督机制，健全绿道保护的相关法律等进一步完善珠三角绿道政策的建议。

| Abstract: | PRD greenway policy is an important policy of implementing the scientific concept of development and building livable urban and rural area in Guangdong. But due to a variety of problems in the implementation process, such as long distance via the Green Corridor, the de- lineated controlled area, the part of the greenway dysfunction and the lack of management, policy implementation does not achieve the de- sired results. All of these result from the lack of awareness of the greenway＇s connotation, relevant legal and regulation as well as the power of publicity. Thus, we should accelerate the demarcation of the Green Corridor area, perfect service facilities, and step up publicity efforts to establish management system and monitoring mechanisms, strengthen greenway protection legal so that to further improve the PRD green-way policy. |
