| 摘 要： | 通过对高校后勤社会化改革的分析，借鉴各地社会化改革试点的经验，按照“产权明晰、权责分明、政企分开、管理科学”的原则，为建立科学规范的财务管理新体制并保证改革的顺利进行，提出了个人的见解。
