| 摘 要： | 医学实验教学长期以来是依附于学科的单一模式，实验室是三级管理体制，已不适应现代医学模式转变对医学教育的要求。介绍该校于1997年成立东校区大型科学实验中心，通过改革体制、科学管理、深化改革、突出效益、服务育人等措施，经过3年的管理与实践取得了明显成效。

Administrative Practice of a Large Experimental Center in Medical University |

| Abstract: | Experimental teaching in medicine has long been rested on thesingle pattern of subjects. Laboratories belong to the junior administrative system, which is unfit for the requirement of medical education. A large experimental center was set up on the east campus of Hebei Medical University in 1997. During the past three years much progress has been made in both administration and practice. |
