普通高校身体素质班的特征分析及教学实践

摘    要:随着体育教学形式和内容的改革 ,许多院校在专项课的开设中是以身体素质的水平来进行选项分班的 ,身体素质不合格者要进入身体素质班。为了搞好这素质班的教学工作 ,本文运用聚类分析的方法 ,将素质班学生分为三种类型 :体育认识类差生、身体形态类差生、身全素质类差生 ,并归纳出了素质班的特征和分布规律 ,提出了教学对策、总结了教学实践。

Abstract:With the reform of physical education teaching pattern and contents, in many colleges and universities the division of specific classes is based on the students' physical fitness level. The student whose physical fitness level is disqualified must enter into the class divided in the light of physical fitness level. In order to improve the teaching in this sort of class the cluster analysis was applied to divide the students of the class into three types. That is the students with poor cognition of physical education, the students of inferior body shape and the students of low-level physical fitness. Thus, the characteristics and distribution law of the classes were summed up. Teaching measures were advanced and teaching practice was concluded.
