| 摘 要： | 远程教育存在着没有固定的支持服务系统,技术手段达不到要求,仍采用面授教学,没有做到宽进严出等问题,严重影响着远程开放教育的质量。远程开放教育应优选部分高校承担,应依托广播电视大学,应树立大众教育、素质教育、终生教育的理念,培养目标应是复合型、应用型、创造型。远程开放教育应有配套政策支持,增加投入,建立教育专线网,整合教育资源,加强远程开放教育的机构建设,科学设置专业,合理课程设置,教育手段现代化,应有丰富的多媒体教育资源,构建新的教育模式、新的考试环境。

| Abstract: | Distance education lacks stable supporting service system and unsatisfactory technical means. Hence it seriously affects the quality of opening distance education. Popular education, quality education and life-long education should be developed in China. The students we cultivate should he integrated,applicable and creative. Distance education should be supported with appropriate policy and finance, scientific setting of subjects and modern education means. New mode of education and examination environment should be constructed. |
