| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生党建工作是新形势下高职院校学生思想政治工作的重要内容和有效途径。针对当前学生党建工作面临教育培养上存在薄弱环节、基层学生党组织发育不成熟、学生党员模范作用发挥不够等现状,高职院校学生党建工作要着力在思想认识、工作机制、队伍建设、教育培养、阵地建设等方面采取相应对策。
