| 摘 要： | 刊后资深编辑审读、刊后集体审读及刊前集体审读等形式,各有明显的利弊.针对目前刊期缩短、载文量增加的情况,提出采取刊前审读,购置投影仪用于审读会,复印审读稿存档的改革措施,以达到提高审读质量、提升编辑业务水平及减轻责任编辑心理压力的目的.

| Abstract: | Significant advantages and disadvantages have been existed in current reading and evaluation methods that by group(or senior editor) after publication or before publication.Considering the shortening of publication period and increased submission of papers,innovations on reading and evaluation methods must be performed.The author proposes here some important techniques such as reading and evaluation before publication,application of projector and preservation of copies of reading and evaluation drafts in archives to improve the quality of reading and evaluation and the editorial level,as well as to release the psychological pressure of associate editors. |
