| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,而民主政治的发展是社会主义政治文明建设的核心.作为高校应当义不容辞地为实现这一目标提供人力支持和知识贡献.但就目前我国高校自身的环境来看,高校尚未形成培养人才所需的民主、平等的政治环境和自由、开放的文化环境.新形势下,高校应站在全局的高度,总结经验,面向未来,积极推进高校民主建设发展进程.
