| 摘 要： | 为了适应当今制造业对网络化制造人才的需求,在分析了数控实验室现场实际条件的基础上,以无线串口服务器为核心,构建了无线DNC(direct numerical control)实验网络,建立了无线DNC实验系统软件框架,并探讨了系统实现中的一些关键技术,开发了一个无线DNC实验系统。该系统具有机床状态监控、NC程序收发、NC程序及相关文档管理等功能。使用结果表明,该实验系统部署简单、使用方便、维护工作量少,适合学校数控实验室使用。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of the industry demand for the networked manufacturing talents,according to the actual status of university CNC Laboratory,a wireless DNC experimental network based on wireless device server has been constructed.Then the wireless DNC experimental system framework is established,and studies some key techniques.At last,a DNC experimental system is implemented which has the functions such as CNC condition monitoring,NC file receiving and sending,and NC file and document management.The result shows that the wireless DNC experimental system has many advantages of simple to deploy,easy to use and less maintenance,so it is suited to university CNC Laboratory. |
