| 摘 要： | 档案信息资源共享性、档案信息控制灵活性及海量存储性等特点给档案信息管理利用带来了极大的变化,在充分体验这种变化的同时,档案信息管理利用中的道德失范和伦理冲突也在逐渐显现.本文针对这些失范和冲突,分析其产生的原因,探究档案信息伦理与档案信息法律同构路径,以确保档案信息管理利用的公平、公正、公开、准确、安全及高效.
