| Abstract: | "Emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts" permeated the whole process of Deng Xiaoping's theory's formation, development and practice as a main thread. Grasping his thinking connotation intactly and accurately is not only the necessary desire for deeply studying and understanding Deng Xiaoping's theory and its quintessnce but also the fundamental pledge for doing a good job of economic construction, fulfilling the 15th programme and ensuring the realization of the target of opening up the Western Part of China. |
