| 摘 要： | 目的：通过调查泰州市海陵区市近六年婚前医学检查情况，了解免费婚检及相关措施的实施，对其效果进行分析。方法对泰州市海陵区2007年至2012年婚前医学检查的结果进行统计分析。结果2007年9月后实施免费婚检及及各种相关措施后婚检率逐年提高。结论实行免费婚前医学检查及一站式婚检服务模式有助于提高婚检率，对预防出生缺陷有重要意义，值得大力推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the past six years the city of Taizhou City Hailing premarital situation, under-stand and implement the relevant measures of the effect of premarital. Methods The Taizhou City Hailing 2007~2012 years of premarital medical examination of the results of statistical analysis. Results After the introduc-tion of free and premarital and various related measures in September 2007 premarital rate increased year by year. Conclusion The introduction of free premarital medical examination and one-stop service model helps improve premarital premarital rate, the prevention of birth defects is important, it is worth promoting. |
