减小喷油器压力波动的仿真研究

摘    要:为减小喷油器容积腔内的压力波动,提高高压共轨喷油器喷射的稳定性,基于系统仿真软件AMEsim建立喷油器模型,分别对普通喷油器和储压喷油器进行仿真计算,并作比较。结果表明,在喷油器进油口处增加储压器能使容积腔内的压力波动明显减小。这可为喷油器的设计与开发提供依据。

Abstract:In order to reduce the pressure fluctuation within the volume cavity of fuel injector and improve the stability of spraying of high pressure common rail injector, an injector model was established by using system simulation software AMEsim. A simulated calculation was worked out on the general injector and the accumulator injector respectively, and the results were compared. It shows that increasing the accumulator at the oil inlet of injector can significantly reduce the pressure fluctuation within the volume cavity, which can provide a reference for the design and development of fuel injector.
