| 摘 要： | 发挥企业创新主体作用是推动经济发展的动力之源，是转型升级的核心所在。本研究基于创新理论，着重从内、外部环境两个角度深入分析目前泰州企业自主创新面临的制约因素，提出强化企业家创新意识、加强企业创新人才队伍建设、优化R＆D经费结构、打造政产学研合作体系、加大知识产权保护等一系列对策建议。

| Abstract: | Exerting the principal role of enterprises in technical innovation is the power source of economic development, and is also the core of transformation and upgrading. Based on the innovation theory, this paper deeply analyzes the restrictive factors that presently influence the independent innovation of Taizhou enterprises. Furthermore, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of entrepreneurs＇ innovation, consciousness innovative talent team construction in enterprises, R＆D fund structure, government-industry-education-academy cooperation system, intellectual property protection, and so on. |
