| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制改革的不断深入,学生宿舍作为学生生活、学习、娱乐和交流的重要场所,已成为学生思想政治教育和行为养成教育的重要载体,创新思想政治教育工作的途径和方法,必须重视学习型宿舍的创建。在了解学习型宿舍创建的重要性及目前所面临的挑战的基础上,提出团队师生学习共同化、成员融合多元化、宿舍管理制度化、施教双向化、活动内容多样化5项创建措施,来创建学习型宿舍,旨在进一步推进宿舍文化建设。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the reform of education system, students＇ dormitory is an important place for living, learning, entertainment and communication; it has become the student thought political education and behavior form the important carrier of education. Innovation the way and method of ideological and political education work, which must pay attention to create learning the dormitory. This article through to the importance of creating learning dormitory and the challenges faced by research, proposed the teachers and students learn together, the team members together teaching diversification, dormitory management institutionalized, two-way and five create content diversity measures, aimed at further promoting the construction of dormitory culture. |
