多重身份下的教师知识立场及其境界追求

摘    要:教师知识构成了教师境界的根基,它为教师的境界追求提供可靠的保障与前提。在现实中,教师是具有多重身份的社会个体,身份不同则知识立场不同,立场的复杂性导致了境界的复杂性。面对复杂多元的身份属性,教师理应秉持合理的知识立场和开放性的思维,发挥知识的功用及其价值,直面教师知识立场的多元性、多样性之复杂现实,在多重身份的重叠和冲突中求得知识学习和知识传授的平衡,睿智地破译教师知识的"逻各斯",通过知识提升教师境界,以此达到较高的教育境界和人生境界。

Abstract:Teacher’s knowledge has constituted the foundation of teacher’s realm,which has offered reliable guarantee and premise for the realm pursuit of teacher.However,in reality,the teacher has multiple identities rather than a single person.The different identities have led to the different knowledge standpoints of teacher,and the complexity of standpoints has led to the complex of realm.In the face of the multiple identities,teachers ought to uphold reasonable knowledge standpoint and open thought,making use of the positive function and value of knowledge,seeking the balance of the input and output of knowledge,and interpreting the logos of teacher knowledge intelligently,so as to achieve a higher level of education and the realm of life.
