| 摘 要： | 以某高校为例,运用统计分析法,详细分析了其教室资源紧缺状况和原由,认为在当前的情势下,为切实保证教学质量控制,如果不能在短时间内增加教室数量、扩大师资队伍,以缓解教室资源紧缺,则应根据各课程性质,合理利用现有教室资源,科学错时安排各类课程,上下同心做好教师思想工作和后勤保障工作,以不同方式充实教学一线人员。

| Abstract: | Exemplified by a certain university in Fujian,the classroom resource shortage and its causation are analysed by statistical analysis method.To ensure the teaching quality and to alleviate the resource shortage,we need to properly utilize the present resources.The solution to the shortage is to arrange the classrooms in a time-divided manner so as to satisfy different and individual requirements.It is suggested that coordination and logistic work be performed to provide proper and adequate teaching faculty and resources. |
