摘    要:以彼德·圣吉的“第五项修炼”为代表的学习型组织理论是当今世界上最前沿的两大管理理论之一,为新形势下加强高校办公室建设提供了崭新的视角。知识经济时代的到来、高校改革的发展以及高校办公室队伍自身建设的需要,都使高校办公室建设学习型组织成为必然和可能。高校办公室必须通过建立共同愿景、突出学习意识、转换领导角色、发挥团体合力、更新组织结构等举措,积极构建学习型组织。

Abstract:Being one of the two front edges of today's managerial theories,the strategy of "learning organizations" as expounded in Peter M.Senge's the Fifth Discipline has offered new perspectives to improving the work of general offices in universities.The advent of knowledge-based economy,the development of higher education reform and the need of self-improvement of general office staff together make the building of a university general office into a learning organization both necessary and feasible.A learning organization in a general office should be built through creating shared visions,enhancing learning awareness,transforming the leadership role,giving full display to teamwork and renewing organizational structures.
