| 摘 要： | 随着知识的急剧增长,知识管理的作用已经凸显出来。针对科技期刊编辑部的特征,结合知识管理机制和编辑实践工作提出了行之有效的知识管理方案;分析知识管理实施过程中可能出现的障碍,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is more and more important with the knowledge sharply increasing.According to characteristics of sci-tech periodicals' editorial offices,mechanism of knowledge management and practical work of editing,an effective scheme is put forward.Some solutions for dealing with obstacles in the knowledge management are also provided. |
