| 摘 要： | 当前,由于全球化经济竞争的加剧,组织变革已成为组织面临的首要问题,而组织变革需要变革型的领导,因而变革型领导及其研究受到业界和学界的双重关注。文章对体育组织情境下变革型领导的研究现状和特点进行了分析,并对其未来的研究进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Now,with the global economic competition increasing,organization reforms become the chief problem of the organizations.But organization reforms need transformational leadership,so not only practitioners but also scholars pay attention to transformational leadership and its research.This paper introduced the status and characteristics of transformational leadership research and proposed the future directions of the research on transformational leadership. |
