| 摘 要： | 普通高等院校高水平运动队建设是更好地适应体育特长发展和综合素质教育双重需求,推动我国体育事业发展的重要一环;并且随着社会经济的发展,其将扮演更为重要的角色甚至成为未来体育人才培养的主流模式。但是,当前我国高校高水平运动队建设过程中,运动员磨洋工,总体成材率偏低等问题还比较突出,研究探索如何建立高校高水平运动队长效培养机制,有着非常重要的意义。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从经济学的视角切入,利用博弈论的相关模型分析高校高水平运动队培养过程的困难和瓶颈,并在此基础上提出改善建议。
